Planned Maintenance Programs

We are prepared to structure planned maintenance packages for each of your locations. Take advantage of this in the summer so that your Scraper System is in top condition when the winter storms hit.

Our Warranty

Heavy-Duty Scraper Systems are warranted, from the date of shipment, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years on all mechanical and electrical parts and one (1) year for labor, based on approved travel and labor repair times. The fleet plow must have been installed by certified dealer installers or by factory installers, with training on the safe and proper operation provided by same.

Medium-Duty Scraper Systems are warranted, from the date of shipment, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year on all mechanical and electrical parts. Further, Rite-Hite warrants one (1) year for labor, based on approved travel and labor repair times, only in the event that the Medium-Duty Scraper System was installed by certified dealer installers or by factory installers, with training on the safe and proper operation provided by same.

Heavy-Duty and Medium-Duty Scraper Systems must be used in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and must not have been subject to abuse, lack of maintenance, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.
